As Product Manager, you will work with all functions of the company to develop and manage a product roadmap that maximizes Avidyne’s market share, technology leadership, and the profitability. You must possess a unique blend of business acumen, market insight, and technical savvy. You should enjoy spending time in the OEM and the aftermarket to understand their challenges and find innovative solutions. You will define derivative solutions from existing product lines and help to define new strategic product initiatives.
As product manager you will be responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, features, implementation trade-offs, positioning, and launch. You must be able to create vision, inspire, and work across all areas of the company. You will work with engineering to define products requirements and continuously manage scope vs schedule. You will work with marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, key benefits, and target customers. You will work with sales to make them as effective as possible promoting the products. And you will serve as the internal and external evangelist for Avidyne product lines.
