Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator provides support for corporate and field marketing activities. The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator are to handle all aspects of Avidyne trade show marketing logistics, as well as coordination, data entry, follow up, and reporting on Field Marketing events identified by the respective Regional Sales Managers. This position will report to the Director of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for tradeshow and event coordination including but not limited to securing booth space and services as required assembling and shipping booth materials, booking travel and hotel needs for corporate attendees, ordering collateral and support materials, specialty items, etc., as needed to support trade show schedule.
  • Managing and tracking all show-related expenses
  • Manage and editing the tradeshow calendar, as needed
  • Coordinate and drive successful completion of corporate and dealer co-hosted field marketing events
  • Manage and track demonstration equipment and simulator inventory to support corporate and field marketing activities
  • Provide additional marketing support as needed such as managing brochure and collateral inventory, specialty items, etc.
  • Manage social media marketing relevant to daily monitoring and postings, tradeshow and event announcements, show activities, and reporting.

  • Must be able to retain calm demeanor under pressure
  • Ability to present and communicate effectively with Leadership
  • A solid understanding of Social Media Marketing

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelorís Degree or working towards a Bachelorís Degree
  • 2-3 yearsí experience in marketing, event planning or public relations
  • Aviation or Piloting experience a bonus
  • Travel may be required
