Oshkosh, WI – Friday, July 17, 2015 – Avidyne Corporation, a leading provider of integrated avionics and safety systems for general aviation aircraft, announced today Adventure Flight Training president Trip Taylor will provide twice-daily training seminars on the new IFD540 & IFD440 FMS/GPS/NAV/COMs in Avidyne Booth #3130 in Building C.
These one-hour training seminars will be held daily at 10:00am and 2:00pm on Monday-Wednesday (July 20-22, 2015).
“Trip Taylor has had a tremendous amount of experience training pilots on Avidyne's products and we are happy to be hosting him again this year during AirVenture for IFD540/440 training,” said Dan Schwinn, Avidyne's President and CEO. “We think pilots interested in our IFD540 and IFD440 will find these seminars to be informative and focused on the important tasks you need to fly in the IFR system.”
“In my IFD540/440 training seminars, I will cover all the basic operations, but more importantly, I will focus on showing pilots how to use the IFDs in real-life, hard IFR situations,” said Trip Taylor of Adventure Flight Training. “I am genuinely excited about the IFD540 & IFD440 and I believe they make flying simpler and more fun.”
The IFD540 and IFD440 are Avidyne’s new panel-mounted FMS/GPS/NAV/COMs. For more information go to www.avidyne.com .
