Avidyne Appoints Peter Ring to Regional Sales Post

Lincoln, MA – Wednesday, January 06, 2010 – 

Avidyne Corporation announced today that it has promoted Peter Ring to the position of Eastern Region - North America Sales Manager.  In his new post, Ring will be responsible for all of Avidyne’s aftermarket sales revenues from the eastern half of the United States and Canada.  Previously, he served for nearly two years as Avidyne’s Inside Sales Representative in the Eastern Region.

Peter Ring attended Daniel Webster College in Nashua, New Hampshire studying Flight Operations and Aviation Business Management. He began his aviation career while still an undergraduate, fueling aircraft for the FBO in Worcester, MA. He held similar posts with Signature Flight Support and Executive Flyers Aviation at Hanscom Field in Bedford, MA. Before joining Avidyne in early 2008, he gained 3 years of valuable retail experience as an Acura automotive sales representative in Framingham, MA.


Ring is an instrument-rated private pilot with a tail-wheel aircraft endorsement.
