Director of Customer Service
Mark Koch is the Director of the Customer Service division of Avidyne Corporation. He joined the Company in 2007. Mark is responsible for overseeing the company’s worldwide customer service operations. Mark manages the company's strategic approach to integrating the voice of Avidyne customers into product quality, value and ease of doing business. In this role, Mark is responsible for driving customer loyalty and retention by ensuring the highest quality customer service and products. Prior to becoming Director of the Customer Service division, he served as the Director of Corporate Programs utilizing methods and tools out of Six Sigma and other continuous improvement programs to help identify key areas for improvement, and then manage and participate in the execution phase of the program. He has also served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
Before joining the Company, he held management positions at Planar Systems and State Street Bank. He earned his B.S. from University of Massachusetts and a M.B.A. from Babson College.
