You will work under the guidance of Mechanical Engineers in the development of our Integrated Flight Displays (IFDS), flight controls, and surveillance products.

Responsibilities:

  • Parts specifications and detail design drawings (SolidWorks a real Plus)
  • Proto-type building and testing
  • Assisting with formal design verification testing and environmental qualification testing
  • Whole Product Drawing Tree Configuration Control

Required education/experience:

  • New Grads with BSME and a combined GPA of 3.2 +
  • Interns or Co-ops - at least 2nd year completed toward a BSME or BSAE

Highly desired:

  • Coursework in "Design For Reliability" and "Design For Manufacturability"
  • Interest in general aviation, private pilot training
  • Machine Shop Tool Experience CNC, Drill Press, hand tools, etc
  • Mechanically inclined ie: car repair, building skills, etc.
